A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the tour start date. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Gorilla trekking permits ($1,500 per person) are quoted and paid separately.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of deposit. Cancellations 15–30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before: no refund. Gorilla permits are non-refundable once issued by Rwanda Development Board.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation before travelling to Rwanda.
Rwanda Safari Tours acts as agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers. We accept no liability for delays, changes or cancellations by third-party providers. We are not responsible for events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest or wildlife behaviour.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for travel to Rwanda including required vaccinations. Gorilla trekking requires reasonable physical fitness. Clients with health conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
