The Rwanda Safari Tours Package — All Included is our flagship 10-day itinerary, built directly from trips we actually run — not a theoretical package assembled from a brochure. It combines the two experiences most visitors come to Rwanda for: mountain gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park and a full Big Five safari in Akagera National Park, with every night of accommodation, all transport, your driver-guide, and every park fee already included.

Unlike a "from" price that only covers the bare permit and leaves you to arrange lodges, meals and transfers separately, this package is priced to cover the complete trip end to end: private 4×4 and driver-guide for all 10 days, your gorilla trekking permit, Akagera entrance and activity fees, and accommodation at real, proven lodges across both parks — the kind of properties we've actually placed clients at, not a generic placeholder list.

This is a genuinely all-included price: once you've paid the deposit, the only things left to plan are your international flights and personal spending money.

    Arrival in Kigali
    Airport pickup and transfer to your Kigali hotel. Welcome briefing and rest after your flight.

    Day 2
    Kigali to Volcanoes National Park
    Morning Kigali city orientation, then transfer to the Volcanoes National Park area (around 2.5–3 hours). Check into your lodge and prepare for tomorrow's trek.

    Day 3
    Gorilla Trekking Day
    Early briefing at Kinigi park headquarters, gorilla family assignment, and your trek into the Virunga forest for one hour with a habituated mountain gorilla family. Return to your lodge for the afternoon.

    Volcanoes NP to Akagera National Park
    Full transfer day across Rwanda to Akagera National Park in the east. Check into your lodge inside or near the park.

    Akagera Big Five Game Drive
    Full-day game drive through Akagera in search of lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and both black and white rhino, with a picnic lunch in the park.

    Akagera Boat Safari & Game Drive
    Morning boat safari on Lake Ihema for hippos, crocodiles and waterbirds, followed by an afternoon game drive covering a different part of the park.

    A relaxed morning at your lodge with optional add-on activities (behind-the-scenes conservation tour, night drive), then afternoon at leisure.
