When you submit a booking, contact form, quote request, newsletter signup or review on Rwanda Safari Tours, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and tour preferences. If you pay online, our payment processor also collects billing information necessary to complete your transaction (see Section 2).
Card and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) payments made on this website are processed securely by Pesapal, a licensed third-party payment gateway. Your card number and payment credentials are entered directly with Pesapal and are never stored on our own servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment was completed, along with the amount and reference details needed to fulfil your booking. Your card or mobile money statement will show the charge under our registered payment entity, Jonathan Car Hire & Tours Ltd, rather than "Rwanda Safari Tours" directly.
We use a cookie to remember your selected language for up to one year, and your browser's local storage to remember your selected currency display. These are used only to improve your experience on this site and are not used for advertising or shared with third parties. We may also log when you click our WhatsApp contact button to understand which pages drive enquiries.
We use your information solely to: respond to your tour enquiries, process and confirm bookings and payments, send booking confirmations, and provide the services you have requested. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Payment data is handled entirely by Pesapal under its own PCI-compliant security standards, not by us.
